NSW Creative Kids Vouchers

Creative Kid Vouchers are only valid for NSW children who are between the age of 4.5 to 18 years old. Once Creative Kids Vouchers are processed with Service NSW refunds are not available. By supplying a Creative Kids Voucher for payment you are authorising Kids Art Box to process the cost of your order from your Creative Kids voucher with Service NSW. Once your Creative Kids Voucher has been processed with Service NSW, you will be sent an email with your class reservation. 

If you provide a valid Creative kids voucher  and not select a time or date we will automatically enrol you in our next available class. Should you not be able to participate in your class for any reason please contact us and your earliest convenience so we can reschedule your time.

We are unable to process orders until we receive confirmation of your voucher from Service NSW.

Refunds

Refunds cannot be offered once voucher is submitted due to service NSW rules. You can always contact us for any return question at kidsartbox@hotmail.com.

Delivery

Standard shipping of $12.95 on all orders. Once your order is placed we will endeavour to post out your kits within the next business day. You should receive your kits between 5-7 business days (depending on your location) unless there are unforeseen delays with the shipping provider (Australia Post). Kids Art Box reserves the right to change the shipping offer in these terms and conditions at any time.

Cancelled orders

Orders will be cancelled if we have attempted to contact you 2 or more times for vouchers details, date of birth and full name of child.

Orders will also be cancelled if we have attempted to contact you 2 or more times for incorrect details or missing information or expired vouchers or if you have provided the NSW Active kids voucher instead of the NSW Creative kids voucher.

Sometimes due to limited stock or delivery delays we may need to cancel order at our own discretion.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All Shipping is FREE (standard shipping) for all orders over $100 who are addressed in NSW. Kids Art Box will not be held accountable for stollen, lost or misplaced goods.

Kids Art Box has the right to change this shipping offer at any time. The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Kids Art Box takes no responsibility for customers providing incorrect address details.
